We are conveniently located on prestigious Northcliffe Terrace opposite the beach in a small block of boutique apartments surrounded by luscious tropical gardens and a very large pool. Only a short 10 min walk north is Gold Coasts main landmark tourist shopping, entertainment and eating area Cavill Ave with many different fun attractions. The light rail tram is also only an easy 300 metre walk. And, the recently opened new Jewel/Langham Center with top class cafes and restaurants is only 10 min walk south. All our guests love the perfect location. The new Oceanway path on the beach (opened Dec 2022) is metres away. You can enjoy a beautiful walk or bike ride to the shops, Surf Clubs or Broadbeach while looking over the ocean on one side and luxury properties on the other side. The location is just amazing. To help make your holiday even more enjoyable, we provide beach towels, a shade umbrella, and some fun beach toys, all available at no additional cost. In this child and infant-friendly accommodation you can also pre book child and baby equipment such as high-chairs, cots etc. through the Airbnb Host when booking your dates. If you need an additional roll out bed for a seventh guest, this can also be arranged at the time of booking. Welcome to our Villa by the Sea, in a security gated complex, your modern residence has ; - three generous bedrooms, fully air-conditioned Master Suite with a huge king bed and private balcony, queen bed in the second room and two singles in third bedroom. All bedrooms have roomy built in wardrobes. - roll out bed is available upon request for additional 7th guest/child. - comprehensive cleaning between guests. After hours check-in if required can be pre-arranged through letterbox safe code with apartment keys and security fob contained within the secure letter box at the property. Other things to note - As this is our holiday home which we also make available for guests please enjoy a fantastic holiday and treat everything in the apartment respectfully. - Beach is directly across the road around 50 meters away. With Surf Life Saving Flags located nearby to provide you with swimming safety. - New Oceanway path, also only 50 meters away, is a 4 meter wide concrete path along the beach. Perfect for walking or biking and is many kilometers long, well lit at night with seating, showers and water access for year round enjoyment. Taking the public safely away from roads. - Secure gated pedestrian access, secure gated underground car parking. - Located on the first floor with quick and easy stair access. - All bed linen, doona's, blankets, pillows, pillow covers, towels and bath mat are all included. With luxury King mattress in master bedroom for a fantastic night sleep. - Thorough cleaning throughout the apartment and linen/towel change occurs between guests managed by the Onsite Managers. For any additional cleaning requirements during your stay please discuss with the Onsite Managers. - Soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. is provided for the first night only, please bring your own toiletries or purchase from local supermarket less than 10 mins walk away. - Kitchen and consumable items such as tissues, serviettes, salt, pepper, oil etc. are not provided. Local supermarket is very close, only 10 minute walk from our Building. Please help us to maintain a high quality of accommodation with the following : - Pets are not permitted. - Smoking within apartment is not permitted. - No eating or drinking in bedrooms to avoid carpet damage and potential guest cleaning costs. - No parties and limited noise restrictions apply across the building and grounds. - Please do not remove any items from the apartment. A complete asset check is done between all guests. Replacement costs will apply for any missing items. - For your safety and the safety of others please use only plastic drinking cups in the swimming pool area. Glass is not permitted near the pool. - This property cannot accommodate loud parties or schoolies with strict body corporate noise and conduct rules in place throughout the premises. - While onsite please raise any special requirements, concerns or questions with the Host who will help in anyway possible.
