There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. An open dining and living space with queen sleeper sofa make the home feel comfy and roomy. We have a 3rd floor deck guests utilize to watch the sun sink into the Gulf of Mexico and with the beach just a block away, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time! The space Opening the door to your vacation home welcomes you into a cozy living and dining space, perfect for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a deep stainless steel sink, a full sized refrigerator, and a full-sized stove. The soft-close cabinets are stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. For your entertainment and comfort, we provide 40" and 32" flat-screen TVs, free wireless internet, and YouTube TV. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a petite dresser, and a closet with mirrored doors for added convenience. The bathroom is beautifully tiled in travertine and includes a walk-in shower, offering a spa-like feel. We also provide two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels—so all you need to bring is your swimwear! This home is the perfect place to create lasting memories on Anna Maria Island. Guest access You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck outside your door which all guest can enjoy the grill and outside seating. We have a third floor shared deck for everyone to enjoy which offers a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to catch those spectacular sunsets. Other things to note We’re just steps away from the Historic Bridge Street, where you’ll find unique shops, fantastic restaurants, and live music playing all the time. Maximum 4 persons (including children of all ages) We highly recommend travel insurance IMG Academy is only 7.5 miles away, a quick 15-minute drive during the off-season. We offer a free washer and dryer, available at limited times throughout the week (Monday to Friday). Please note, there is only one parking space available for your unit. If you have a golf cart, it must be gas powered. No charging allowed
