Amenities include: private pier, private beach, pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/basketball/pickleball courts, playground, and access to community dock for launching kayaks. Watch the beautiful sunset while listening to live music at Sunset Grill and Beach Bar or catch some dolphins while dining at Hooks Waterfront Bar and Grill. Little Harbor Marina on-site features boat rentals and fishing charters. The space Paradise Phyllis townhome is cozy, homey, and very clean. Features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and TVs, 2 full bathroom, 3 balconies, large flat screen TV with surround sound system and a sofa bed in the living room, extendable dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom #1 (master’s bedroom) is very spacious, featuring: Queen sized bed, 2 closets, en-suite bathroom, waterfront balcony with hammock. En-suite master’s bathroom with both bath tub and a shower stall. Stocked with: Tissue papers, facial tissue, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. Bedroom #2 features: Queen sized bed, balcony with partial water view, work desk, comfortable work chair, closet. Bathroom #2 is a full bath. Stocked with: Tissue papers, facial tissue, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. Living Room features a sofa bed, flat screen TV with cable and Netflix & Disney+ access, surround sound system. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire town home EXCEPT GARAGE and BEDROOM #3 (I utilize these spaces for storage) Up to 2 vehicles can be parked in the carport/driveway. Additional free parking in community parking lot ( use provided parking pass). Other things to note All amenities are within walking distance of the townhome. The beach public parking lots are pay to park. Parking validation for up to 3 hours only valid when you dine at Sunset Grill Restaurant. Please respect and follow the parking rules of the Little Harbor community. Additional amenities provided during your stay: 2 single-person kayaks with life jackets.
