The space The cottage is a detached, self contained bungalow which stands alone within the grounds of The Old Manor - a 15th Century thatched property. The cottage has its own secluded gardens and is within walking distance of the centre of the village with Tea Room and Public House and shop. Portmore Golf Club is less than a mile away. The historic town of Barnstaple with its Pannier Market, shops and leisure centre is 5 minutes away and we are ideally located just off the A361 making the whole of North Devon easily accessible - with its beautiful moorland, rugged coast and sandy beaches all a short car journey away, along with the many other attractions in the area. There are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed, the other with bunk beds making it ideal for either a couple or family - but not four adults (sorry). The bathroom has a full bath with shower over and WC. The open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner has Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player and Alexa. Kitchen area includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. There is also a utility room: outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.
