A 5 minute drive to Minden, 20 minutes to Fleming College and 1 hour to Algonquin Park. There are plenty of beaches, lakes and forests to discover nearby! A great, affordable place to relax, kick back and enjoy outdoors. No cleaning fee and free parking. The space Bright bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom on lower level of family home. Guest access Guests are renting private bedroom and bathroom on lower level of family home. Shared use of spacious lower level and outside fire pit and dining area with host family. Lower level laundry room is off limits, as is main floor that is occupied by host family. During your stay I live on site and am usually around the house. I’m happy to meet you when you arrive and show you around. Please message me if there’s anything you need or if I can make a food or adventure suggestion. This is a family home so please expect to hear some noise from us during your stay. Other things to note Dogs are allowed for a $30 fee. If you wish to bring your dog, please add them to your booking.
