Nice Room in Ocean View House

Beautiful room in superb designed co-living space in the heart of San Agustinillo just 2 minutes away from the beach, restaurants & shops. The place is newly renovated. The room has a very comfy bed, chair, fan, hangers and a dresser. The shared space is equipped with a large terrace with ocean view, a big dining table (also perfect for working), chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi, drinking water, bed linen and towels are included. All you need for a wonderful vacation! Guest access You will share the Kitchen, Terrace, Living and Dining area with guests in two other rooms. During your stay We respect the privacy of our guests, but we are fully there for you in case you would need anything. Other things to note IMPORTANT please note that on the path to arrive to our airbnb, there are other neighbors houses left under construction, and you have to walk a short sand path (1 minute) in front of them. To access the apartment you must go up two floors and at the moment, the base of the stairs has a higher tread. The views and the air flow make it worth it! Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Any doubts, please send us a message before booking. We don’t offer parking space at the property. In case you are coming with a car, let us know and we’ll be happy to tell you where to park.
