The space The condo is located on the third floor overlooking the hot tub and resort style pool nearby. There is an elevator to the third level from the parking area. The bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed, with black out curtains, a walk in closet and dresser. In the living room, the couch opens to a Queen memory foam mattress. Extra sheets and pillows available. In the bathroom, guests will find everything they need including soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a hair dryer and a few extras. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans and an assortment of cooking items should you want to cook during your stay. You'll enjoy a large 55" HDTV with cable and Wifi internet access. Guest access Guests have keyless access with a code that changes with each guest. The pool, hot tub and laundry areas have access using a key fob. Other things to note The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months and AC is on during the warmer months. I can provide a portable AC unit and space heater upon request in the event that we experience an unusually warm day while the heat is still on or an unusually cold day while the AC is on.
