An Interior Designed for Your Comfort • On the Garden Level: A bright living room with a premium sofa bed (160x200, queen-size mattress) that opens onto a spacious terrace. A master suite with a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub. • Upstairs: A bedroom with a double bed (140x200). A bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and an ultra-comfortable daybed (with a memory foam topper). A baby room with a Montessori bed (70x140, suitable for children up to 5 years old) and the option to add one or two travel cots. A spacious bathroom with an Italian shower and elegant tiling. A modern, fully equipped kitchen: large central island, conventional and steam ovens, Thermomix, and bay windows offering stunning views of the Rangen vineyard. Seasonal Amenities • In Summer: A heated pool at 27°C (available from May 15 to September 15) with views of the vineyard to cool off. A large trampoline in the garden for kids (and fun-seeking adults!). • In Winter: A wood-burning stove awaits you for cozy moments after visiting Christmas markets or hiking. A Paradise for Families and Children We love hosting families and have everything you need for little ones and grown-ups alike: • For Babies: 2 travel cots, a baby playpen with a mattress, and a cradle for newborns. 2 high chairs, a bottle warmer, baby monitor, baby dishes, and even a stroller (available on request). • For Kids: A wide variety of toys and games for all ages. A large trampoline in the garden for endless outdoor fun. We maintain impeccable hygiene for all these items. An Ideal Location to Explore Alsace • On Foot: Hiking trails starting from the house and the Thann Christmas market, a picturesque village at the foot of the Gothic collegiate church. • By Car: Farm inns and hiking trails 30 minutes from the Grand Ballon.
