Highlights of the apartment are COMFORTABLE BED, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO coffee maker and great modern shower. You have access to GARDEN in the building. In the surrounding is a lot of good local non-expensive restaurants, supermarket , FARMER MARKET and 5 min METRO/ SUBWAY or TRAM station. Apt is in the beautiful neighborhood not far from the center but has great connection to all most visited attraction! In the flat you will have Prague guidebooks with many recommendations.:) The space Our apartment is located 15 minutes from the historic center by walk or public transport! You do not have to pay for overpriced hotels or apartments right in the center, but rather spend a nice time in local area. Around the corner there are an excellent restaurants with traditional Czech cuisine with great prices! You have a garden with grill behind the house, which you can use anytime and nearby is typical Czech farmer market too and also really great Czech winehouse..:-) What we can recommend is as well Rieger's park, from which is beautiful view on Prague. We'll show you on the map all these great places around the apartment after your arrival to us! Guest access Our apartment is private and it's located in a residential area. You'll have an access to the garden (terrace) which is between the ground floor and the first floor. The terrace is not only good for those traveling with animals and smokers, there is even a barbecue that you can use.:) Other things to note Arrival Form After booking, we will send you a form for online check-in. You are legally required to fill out this form. We must report every guest to the local authorities, pay fees, or report foreign guests to the foreign police, just like hotels and guesthouses do. Check-in Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know at least a day in advance, and we will try to arrange for the apartment to be cleaned earlier. However, this depends on several factors, and we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to accommodate your request. We always strive to meet our guests' needs as much as possible. The day before your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access the apartment. Parking Parking in Prague is complicated. We recommend leaving your car on the outskirts of Prague or paying for street parking (ask for link). Alternatively, you can use the MrParkit service to find parking in underground garages. Quiet Hours Please observe the quiet hours ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and treat the house with respect, not only towards our property but also towards the neighbors.
