You won't get any closer to the action in Soulard than this! Our building is right next door to the 9th Street Abbey Event Center, and just a few doors down from local bars and restaurants. Just a few blocks down, up, and around, puts you in the center of it all. Forget the hotel, stay with us! The space This two level apartment is on the second floor, has original wood floors, 2BR, 2 sleeper sofas, full kitchen, 1 n 1/2 bath, TV, a bar to set up your "spirits", and a coffee center in the kitchen to start off your day. Mattresses and bedding are very comfortable and the sleeper sofas are "super comfy" too. Bedding for the sofas are under the stairs. DO NOT USE THE FIREPLACE. We hope you make yourself at home! Guest access You will enter the building via the front door. This unit is down the hall up the stairs and it’s the door on the right There is a gated courtyard behind the building which can be accessed by the back door. You are welcome to use the courtyard. The courtyard is a common area. There is a door stop by the door. Please close and lock the door behind you when you are finished. Other things to note There are NO designated parking spots for our unit. But there is lots of FREE street parking up and down the street in front of our unit. DO NOT PARK IN THE ABBY PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR. YOU COULD BE TOWED. DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK ALLEY BEHIND OUR UNIT THIS IS FOR OUR FULL TIME TENANTS ONLY. YOU COULD BE TOWED. On the first Monday of each month they do street cleaning in front of our unit. Please move your vehicle by 8:30 that morning of the first Monday of the month otherwise they could ticket your vehicle. Also NO PETS allowed in this property.
