Gîte à la ferme

At the edge of Haute Vienne and Creuse, we welcome you to the Chaminadas farm. We provide you with a farm stay, an old house of about 120 m², freshly renovated with exposed stones as well as a 1000 m² unfenced garden. The cottage is located close to the farm where the host raises about fifteen pigs. Some finishing touches have been made in the cottage since the photos were taken (light fixtures, bedside tables, curtains...) The space The cottage is an old house with exposed stone, very recently renovated. It consists of: On the ground floor: - A large room including the entrance, a kitchen, a large dining table, a large fireplace - A living room with a 3-seat sofa, a 2-seat sofa bed, a TV, an insert Upstairs: - A large bedroom for 4 people with a 140 bed and 2 90 beds - A small bedroom for 2 people with a 160 bed - Bathroom with shower, toilet and a vanity top sink Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation as well as a large outdoor area including a lean-to, a shaded garden table, and a petanque court. Other things to note The accommodation is located next to a farm with about fifteen pigs in a closed building. The farm won't be open to guests. Registration Details 0122201
