The space You’ll be staying in a private studio suite located on the lower level of a bi-level home, completely separated from the owner’s living space and designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. The studio is a self-contained living area (one room) featuring a comfortable queen bed, sofa, TV, and a dedicated workspace — ideal for solo travelers, couples, and guests visiting for events, concerts, or short stays on the West Side near downtown Grand Rapids. A compact kitchenette/snack bar is provided with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and basic dishware. It’s perfect for coffee, snacks, sandwiches, reheating meals, and takeout. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water are included. (Please note: there is no stove or oven.) The studio has a private full bathroom and its own separate front door entrance with keypad self check-in. The space is quiet, clean, and secure, with no shared areas between guest and host. The adjacent bedroom (next to the bathroom) is locked and not included in this listing. Guests have exclusive use of the studio, hallway and bathroom only. For stays of 5 nights or longer, non-shared laundry access may be available upon request. Guest parking is available on the driveway or street. Areas not shared with guests: Garage and the upper part of the house are not shared with the guests. The upper area is accessed by owner through a backyard entrance.
