The space The cottage is spread across two levels, offering comfort, privacy, and scenic views throughout the stay. A common indoor area leads to the living room, dining area, one bedroom, and a common washroom on the lower ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor, making it ideal for families or small groups. -Living Room & Dining Area The living space is thoughtfully divided into a family lounge and dining area, designed for comfort and relaxation. A large bookshelf stocked with a wide collection of books invites you to unwind. The space includes: - Dining table seating for 4 guests -Wi-Fi connectivity -Indoor fireplace -Comfortable seating for reading and relaxing Please note: A common washroom is available on the lower ground floor for guest use. Bedroom 1 (Lower Ground Floor) Located next to the living room, this bedroom features: -A double bed accommodating 2 guests -Attached washroom -Wooden sofa seating near the window -Crisp white linens and ample wooden storage -Bedrooms 2 & 3 (First Floor) The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, offering added privacy. Each room includes: -A double bed accommodating 2 guests -En-suite attached washroom with basic toiletries and essentials -Wooden chair or sofa seating near the windows -Exterior & Surroundings The exterior is one of the highlights of the cottage. Located on a mountain peak, the property offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains on one side and Bhimtal Lake on the other. The approach road is lined with plants and trees, adding to the natural charm of the area. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks, peaceful evening strolls, birdwatching, or simply relaxing in the quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is calm and scenic, making it ideal for a slow and restful getaway. Guest access Room access is based on the number of guests booked. For 4 guests, 2 bedrooms will be available (the other rooms will be locked). For 5 guests, 2 bedrooms and an extra mattress will be provided , third room will be locked. Other things to note -A full menu is available at the property, allowing guests to conveniently place food orders during their stay. -We accept family bookings and mixed group of friends bookings. -A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.700. -For assistance with driving for inexperienced mountain drivers contact the us 24 hours prior to your check-in! -You may request an early/late check-in and check-out after booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on the availability -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -We have an Experience Engineer who will be in continuous coordination with you until you check out.
