About 20 mins driving distance for traveling professionals who work in Everett, Marysville and Arlington. Easy access to I-5. About an hour- 2 hours to North Cascades trails,Olympic national park and the Canadian border.The closest bus stop is about 16 mins walk so it isn’t an ideal place for the commuters.Pet friendly house. The space Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a working desk with storage, a nightstand, a storage shelf for your belonging, a T.V. with Netflix, DisneyPlus, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video for your entertainment and a door lock for your security. **Mini fridge, personal microwave and a coffee pot for your personal use or you can enjoy our gourmet coffee corner and full kitchen with a gas stove. **A gas fireplace in a living room and central heating for those cooler nights. **Portable A/C for warm summer days. **Fully fenced backyard for your fur babies and outdoor seating to soak in some sunshine during our beautiful summer months. **Full size laundry and ironing board. **Ring camera in the backyard and the front door for security.
