For a business traveler it has great wifi and a computer desk. The kitchen is complete with a spices and condiments. A 56" Sony flat screen TV includes cable. Additional TVs in bedroom and kitchen. A free housekeeping service is provided every week. The housekeeper will vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, clean your bathroom & kitchen, and change all the linen. (Does not include personal laundry or washing dishes). Guests have access to a beautiful backyard equipped with tables, sofas and BBQ. There is a shared laundry room and your laundry detergent is provided for free. You will have your own off-street parking in front of the garage. A bike and walking trail that go for miles in either direction starts just two blocks away from Serene Oasis. I will be always a phone call away to assist you with anything. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. It takes a little over a 30 minute drive to Oakland International Airport. The San Francisco International Airport is a little over an hour or less depending on traffic. Pleasant Hill is within close proximity to everything. From Walnut Creek to Concord, San Francisco to Napa, there is always something to do. Play a round of golf, enjoy museums and art exhibits, or catch a live show. Pleasant Hill BART Station is 2.3 miles from Serene Oasis. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) connects the San Francisco Peninsula with Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Walnut Creek, and East Bay. BART provides transportation to downtown offices, shopping centers, tourist attractions, entertainment venues, universities and other destinations for Bay Area residents and guests. The in-law unit occasionally hosts guests, but each unit is completely separate, private and quiet. There are professionally installed soundproof walls use in recording studios.
