A spacious and modern 3 bed, 3 bath barn conversion in the picturesque town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire. On the edge of the Blenheim Palace Estate and only 20 minutes from Oxford and Bicester, this wonderfully presented property is the perfect base for you, your family and friends to explore the area from. You will have full use of the house, garden and off street parking for up to three cars the duration of your stay. The space Brightside is a 3 bed, 3 bath (2 of which are en suite) converted barn. The master bedroom has a king bed, sofa and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate luxurious bath. Bedroom two is an extremely spacious double / family room (1x double + 1 single). The room has exclusive access to its own bathroom at the end of the hall which has a shower and separate bath. Bedroom three is an annex on the ground floor of Brightside which is sometimes on AirBnB as a separate booking (look for Little Brightside if you want to know more about this). This room was totally renovated in 2020, has a king bed and a stunning ensuite bathroom with spacious shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and doubles up as a playroom. The room has a small sofa bed for occasional use (which we will provide a topper and bedding for) and is stocked with sufficient toys and activities for young guests. The kitchen at Brightside was also totally remodeled and refitted in 2020 and contains a beautiful quartz island with seating for four. There is also a standalone table with space for four more to sit which can be added to the end of the island or dined at separately. The kitchen is fully fitted with double oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water tap, fridge/freezer and separate wine fridge. The lounge is an extremely cozy space with large corner sofa, separate two seater sofa, log burner and wall mounted TV. Plenty of logs will be made available for use during your stay. Completing downstairs is a cloakroom/utility room and downstairs loo. You are welcome to use the washing machine, tumble drier and drying area during your stay should you wish. Outside there is a large front drive with space for three cars. There is also a charging point for electric cars (use to be agreed in advance). At the back of the house is a self contained garden with raised beds, astroturf, a patio area and a climbing frame.
