Our A-frame is a rustic/country WORKING organic farm & bakery with greenhouses. We bake fresh breads/grow vegetables and house horses. This is a shared space. Bathroom IS SHARED with other guests and our staff. We are 9 miles from the nearest store! QUEEN Bedroom with Private Seating area on GROUND FLOOR . The spacious room (16x14) has a 4 poster Pine QUEEN size bed with a private setting area. The setting area futon can be turned into a bed. This area could accommodate 2 additional people, fees do apply. The room is private with a locking door. Access to room through our gift shop area. Great sunsets over the Androscoggin River! The farmhouse has a commercial kitchen, gardens & horses, Hiking, Bking, fishing, hunting, all available right off the farm. Meetin space is available. Located within 30 minutes of Black Mountain, Sunday River & Mt Abram Ski Areas and Ellis River Riders Horse Club. 45 minutes from Berlin, New Hampshire .area. 90 minutes from Portland Jetport. Self Check In Instructions Come to the front porch entrance (covered porch , middle door) If the front door is locked the code is 8558 and then press unlock the icon. Step in and to the right, under the staircase go through the doorway. Your room is on the right. Combination to the door lock is 0517 From where you came in the bathroom is to the left. The doorway is between the two sinks in the kitchen.. above the first sink is the light switch, the bottom switch is for the bathroom. The shower is around the corner and all towels, wash cloths are near the shower. During the winter months if the COLD water is running in the bathroom sink, please leave the COLD water running when done (just a little drizzle, not wide open) .
