Enjoy a glass of wine or an ice cold beer on the enclosed front porch, in the hot tub under the “Pole-vililon” or around the camp. Even better, take the two minute stroll and enjoy the views of the lake at our common area just down the way! Bring your water toys and get the ultimate lake experience! The space Our home is 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Each space is tastefully decorated. You will find the bathroom and queen bedroom on the first floor and other two bedrooms on the second. There is also a beautiful loft space that our kids love to hang out in which helps give the adults a bit more space. Our guests are provided with a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and so much more. ***Enjoy the covered hot tub under the “Pole-Vilion” on those chilly nights. Our hot tub sits 3 adults comfortably. Equipped with dozens of jets, 2 waterfalls and Bluetooth speaker for your relaxing needs! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Guests may NOT have access to the docking area as they are for Association members. There is a public and private boat launch 1 and 2 miles away. Public Launch: Northville (2.1 miles) Private: Northampton Beach Campground (1 mile. Beach and picnic area as well) Guests are more than welcome to park their water toys at our property as there is plenty of room! Other things to note There is a STRICT 5 MPH speed limit within or neighborhood. We love our children being outdoors, making memories. You will find they are constantly running the grounds and riding their bikes. PLEASE be respectful of this rule.
