Other things to note TERMS AND CONDITIONS Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM Check-out: before 11:00 AM Minimum Stay - 2 nights minimum - 3 nights minimum for holidays Rates and Fees - Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (payable on site) - Bed linen: €10 per person (extra charge) - Electricity: charged according to meter reading (payable on site) - Spa access (barrel sauna or jacuzzi): €250 per group per session - Security Deposit and Insurance A security deposit will be required upon arrival, along with proof of liability insurance. Event Package - Price: €3,500 (excluding cleaning fees) - Duration: Friday 3 PM to Sunday 3 PM - All events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking. - In the event of an undeclared event, the event package price (€3,500) will be deducted from your security deposit.
