Eagles & herons & beavers- oh my! Adventure awaits your family at this three bedroom, two bath home directly on Chautauqua Lake. Embrace the adventures that the lake has to offer- boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, exploring or just relaxing on your own dock. Our lakefront home sets 22 feet from the water! On our large deck, cook your catch on the grill, enjoy lakeside dining, pick out your rocking chair, start the camp fire for stargazing, or soak off your worries in the hot tub! Serenity! The space Wonderful all-season lakefront home offers stunning sunrise views, cozy interior, huge deck with hot tub, and a private dock. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There are three bedrooms upstairs with dressers and closets. All have window AC units plus ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have new Smart TVs and queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. An extra twin mattress is stored in a closet to pull out for use, plus there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. A large upstairs bathroom includes a tub and shower while the downstairs bath has a shower. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. Washer & dryer are here for your use. Sheets and bath towels are included. (Beach towels are not.) Full kitchen includes cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, toaster and two coffee makers- Keurig and drip. Starter coffee, creamer, sweeteners, plus some condiments are included. Dining area includes large round table with extra leaves if needed. Cozy living room and sunroom overlook the lake and include four couches (one is a queen sofa bed), chairs, gas fireplace, large 65inch Smart TV. Wi-Fi is included plus all TVs have firesticks for your own streaming channels. Our large deck has polywood rocking chairs and glider, plus a dining table and many chairs. A gas grill and a hot tub are available for your use. Next to the dock is a picnic table and Adirondack chairs. Two kayaks and a canoe are available to use with lifejackets. You are welcome to tie your boat off on our private dock during your stay. (mid May - mid October) The water depth is at least 4'-5' high around our dock, so docking your boat should not be a problem. There are many boat rental options around the lake as well. (Our pontoon is docked for our private use only.) Parking next to the garage can fit 5 cars, or one boat trailer and three cars. The months of June, July and August are one week rental only. Saturday to Saturday. Guest access Our entire house is for your enjoyment. Other things to note The beds in the three bedrooms sleep 6, plus there is a twin mattress to pull out for a 7th person. Downstairs is a sofa bed for 2 people, plus there are 2 more sofas that could be slept on. The months of June,July and August are one week rental only. From Saturday to Saturday.
