The "Les Lauriers" residence is nestled in the heart of the Anse Marcel Marina, one of the most authentic bays on the island, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea, between the beach and the marina, 5 minutes from Grand Case Airport. The residence has 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate between 3 and 4 people. The apartments are all located on the 1st floor. There is also a staircase in the apartment to access the bedrooms. The space The 2-bedroom duplex apartments are fully equipped, each with a private terrace and ensure optimal comfort: air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TV, flat screen, hairdryer and iron. The terrace, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilets are located on the 1st floor and the bedrooms on the 2nd floor Bed linen and beach foutas are provided. During the day, bask in the sun on the beautiful "Anse Marcel Beach" located 2 minutes' walk from the residence or let yourself float in the rooftop pool In the evening, enjoy gourmet cuisine in the various restaurants of Anse-Marcel, Grand-Case or Baie Orientale... Lovers of calm and nature will be spoiled with moments conducive to relaxation and soothing. Other things to note We are pleased to welcome you with a welcome kit available upon arrival. You will find everything you need for the kitchen: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, a few garbage bags, household products, a roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Also provided are some essentials to start your stay: coffee capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. In order to fully meet your personal habits and needs, we invite you to plan some additional shopping upon arrival. We also provide bath linen: one large towel, one small towel and one beach towel per person. A washing machine, laundry detergent and drying rack are at your disposal — and in Saint-Martin, the laundry dries very quickly... We remain at your disposal to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. However, we remind you that a seasonal rental does not offer the same services as a hotel, especially with regard to additional linen...
