The duplex apartment (approx. 54 m²) is stylishly furnished and has a very special charm. Thanks to its central location, Marienplatz can be reached in just a few minutes by train. What you want to do and how you arrive. :-) The space The apartment is very bright due to the many windows. From the bedroom, you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Munich. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, a living room with balcony and a bedroom and study accessible by stairs. Bedroom and sitting room are openly connected due to the duplex style. Overall a nice compact apartment with 54m². In a very central location with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options right nearby. On request, the apartment can be cleaned regularly by a cleaner within the stay at an additional cost. On very hot days, the apartment can get very warm during the day due to the many windows, especially on the upper floor. Fans are available. At night, however, it usually cools down comfortably. Guest access A complete apartment with its own entrance on the sixth floor is offered. An elevator is available. Other things to note The apartment is well maintained and the neighbors are very quiet. The apartment is therefore expressly not a party apartment. Non-smokers only.
