The space Our beautiful first floor home in a Bauhaus-like 1920's apartment building is a great match for a family with up to 2 kids or 4adults: 2 bedrooms, a children's bedroom, 1 bathrooms with shower and toilet each. The large lofty living room/kitchen space with a balcony and huge glass door is the unrivaled heart of the home with all the bedrooms nicely separated going off a long corridor. The whole apartment has a comfortable and stylish seamless concrete floor. This is our home, we live here :) and love the place. We are a family of 4. The location is awesome too: Only a lovely 7 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes from Herzl street and Rothshild boulevard, right inside the picturesque and traffic-wise incredibly quiet Neve Zedek neighborhood. Bars, cafes and restaurants in all directions around. Florentin with its bars, restaurants and night clubs is also only a short walk away. Grocery and other shops all around too, with the closest just across the street.
