CROZET Room: You rent 1 private bedroom with TV and shower, 10 m2 (you rent a private sleeping room, not the full apartment), 15 min by tram from the train station and the center, in a 78 m2 4 bedroom, on an elevated ground floor. All shops within 100 m. 2 bathrooms I wanted to make it a dynamic and friendly shared apartment. The apartment operates on a self-booking basis, you won't see me. 3 other rooms available. Aurelien The space Your room (it locks) has: (about 10 m2) - 1 bed 140 x 190 cm with all the necessary bed linen - 1 TV 60 cm - 1 set of gloves and towels for the toilet - 1 desk and chair - 1 piece of furniture to store your suitcase - 1 hanger rack for your belongings (no closet) - metal shutters and curtains ensure darkness for the night - 1 fan - 1 lamp and bedside table - 1 clothes rack under the bed (we only take that, do not take any linens) - 1 paper bin Kitchen: -Fully equipped, electric raclette and fondue appliances, kettle, microwave, oven, induction stove, fridge, available - percolator coffee machine (ground coffee available on arrival, to be provided before departure) - 1 dishwasher - 1 dryer - 1 mop Household appliances: -1 10 kg washing machine with a 15 min quick cycle - 1 dryer 10 kg (half load) with a 45 min quick mode - 1 iron in the living room closet, and a mini ironing board -1 vacuum cleaner in the entrance closet Living room: (Living room opens onto kitchen, area approximately 16 m2 + 6 m2) - 1 dining table for 6-8 people - 6 chairs - 1 sofa 2 to 3 seats (NO eating – No FOOD) - 1 pouf and 1 stool - 1 coffee table. Feel free to move a few streets away. It is really very difficult to find places at the end of the day on the street, as parking is free, people tend to abuse it. To save time, don't try to park next door. If the cancellation is made within 2 hours everything will be refunded, if within 5 hours half will be refunded, if beyond 12 hours there will be no refund. I wanted to make this apartment a warm and friendly place like a Surf house - Guest house with private room, and everything else available to everyone. Please keep the place clean and enjoy this experience to interact with other guests :-) The apartment operates on self-booking, you won't meet me.
