Simple and well-appointed self-contained cottages on 750 hectares of rolling hills in Beverley. Only a 90-minute drive from Perth, includes play spaces, nature trails, private firepit and BBQ. With three fully furnished cottages that sleep 5-6 guests each, all with private bush outlooks, fully equipped and contain all linen. A 5 minute drive to Beverely or 20 minute to York takes you to local visitor centres, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet shops, supermarkets, café and restaurants. The space Bailey Cottage is a fully furnished family friendly space, fully fenced which is great for small children. There is plenty of areas for parking. There is no internet connection to the cottages, we encourage you to switch off and enjoy. There is a TV available for your use, however there is no TV channels set up, so we encourage you to use the DVD player provided, or plug in your own equipment using the HDMI cable provided. Linen is provided however you might wish to bring extra warm blankets during the colder months. Guest access Avondale Farm settlement area is currently being revitalised with a number of upgrades on the way. Stroll through the Farm settlement area in your own leisure and enjoy the original 1830 horse stables, blacksmith shed, historic farmhouse and step foot inside the current day shearing and grain sheds. There is also an on-site farm machinery museum to explore. There is a ton to see, do and explore. Kids love the place.
