The location of the condo is excellent just 150 meters from the beach and 50 meters to one of the three pools at Rancho Santana. It is just a short walk to 2 of the four restaurants and most of Rancho Santana’s many amenities. The condo features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning and back up generator. Guest access As you are probably aware Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential Resort community. It has many amenities including horseback riding, hiking, a wellness spa, fine dining, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, grocery store, surf lessons, yoga classes, Gym, and tailored family experiences. Rancho Santana has recently implemented a resort fee. In order to use the many wonderful amenities. This fee is $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of eight. This fee is for anyone who does not rent through Rancho Santana's rental management program and wants to use the amenities. The resort fee is separate from the condo fee and is paid directly to Rancho Santana. In order to encourage responsible electric usage we now charge for electricity on all rentals for 4 days or more. We do a meter reading when you check in and then again when you check out. Once we know the kWh usage we calculate what is owed at the same rate the utility company charges us. Responsible usage comes to $10-$15 a night. Careless usage can create a usage rate of $20-$50 a day Even with this resort fee and the Electric usage charge, added to your rate you will find that our condo is more affordable than other similar properties in Rancho Santana.
