Cozy Family Retreat with Saco River Access

This cozy, comfortable condo has everything you and your guests might need to enjoy themselves. An upstairs, end unit with lots of natural light, and front and back decks. The inground pool is open in summer as are the tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts. The common fields behind the condo are ideal for snowshoeing in the winter or walking in warm weather. The space There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and essentials including dishes, glassware, pots, pans, basic spices, coffee filters, etc. Living room with a wood stove, flat screen tv and sliders out to the back deck. Dining table seats six. Master bedroom has a queen bed, reading lamps, flat screen tv and dresser. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. Both baths are fully equipped with handheld showers/tubs. Each room has its own thermostat so all guests can be comfortable. Lots of closet space, new washer/dryer. Guest access Guests can access the whole condo, including all closets.
