Relax at the 2 swimming pools & 4 hot tubs, enjoy the large, picnic area, or just kick back on the balcony! Private access to river for condo guests, with a football field sized lawn for picnicking and bbqing between condos & river. Other things to note Only two parking passes per rental are allowed and these must be displayed on the mirror of your car or you may be towed.
