Packages are available, please message for details. This beautiful 1902 Victorian home has been lovingly cared for and beautifully updated. The decor is elegant farmhouse. Intricate moldings and details adorn every room. The light calm colours of the interior create a warm inviting place to relax and enjoy the hustle and bustle of this beach town. The king-sized master bedroom offers a fireplace, large TV, wingback chairs and a coffee bar to have your first cup in the mornings or a nice cozy place to curl up with a book. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with fireplace, large TV and large closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, a TV and a great view of Shediac’s Main Street with its bay windows. In addition, a fourth bedroom offers a daybed and extra space for an air mattress (2 people). You can also accommodate guests in the living room with a queen-sized air mattress. Guest access When renting the entire house, guests have access to the entire house with large living room with 65” TV, kitchen and dining room. The property also has a very large covered front porch with a hanging swing and large back deck with half-shaded eating area and sunny location with lounge chairs for sunbathing. The fenced in backyard also offers a campfire with Adirondack chairs to enjoy an evening campfire. The property has multiple flowerbeds front and back and a vegetable garden. There is also a guest washer and dryer in the basement. There is also a relaxed den area in the basement perfect for relaxing with board games or hobbies on hot or rainy days in summer (wood burning stove during winter months). Other things to note Located just next door is a great restaurant that boasts Canada’s second largest board game collection as well as escape rooms. Come to Shediac for the fabulous beaches of course, but there is so much more to discover in Shediac.
