Connect with nature, only 3 mins away of Lanier lake beach 40 mins away of the city. The living room has a theater screen that our guests love. The hill to get down to the entrance is a bit steep. Check-in at 3 pm & check-out at 11 am. This is a family home, we work from home and take care of our toddler and dog during the day. Expect noise from 6 am to 8 am when we get our son ready for school. NO SHOES. NO GUESTS. NO SMOKING IN ANY AREA OF THE HOUSE, INCLUDING PATIO. The space The living room is also a theater with over 140 inch screen with 5.1 ch speaker. DO NOT WEAR SHOES IN THE HOUSE. Guest access You can only use the bedroom, bathroom and living/dinning area in the basement. There is a wall that separates the living from our space in the basement, that wall is secured by our alarm system and it is off limits. During your stay If you cannot reach me through the app, please reach out to me by text message or call, my information is in the reservation. I usually take care of things very quick but sometimes the app doesn’t show me notifications and I cannot get back to you as fast as I would like. So please in this case, text/call me or knock our door, we are at home most of the time. Other things to note We care about our neighbors and don’t want to bother them when we have visit, please make sure you read the check-in instructions so you know where to park.
