The space The open family area includes a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large-screen TV in family area and master bedroom. Free WiFi, cable, washer and dryer, golf cart, and beach chairs. Bedroom one has a queen bed and large dresser. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a chest of drawers. Bedroom three has a double bed. Each bedroom has its own full bath with shower. Linens are provided but not towels. There is a large deck on the front with table and gas grill, and two smaller decks for sitting and enjoying the warm sunny weather. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except a locked storage area accessible from the outside. Because Oceanside Village is a gated community, once guests arrive, they will need to purchased a Key Card for $30.00 at the OSV office. They will get back $10.00 if they turn the card back in before leaving. They are not required to purchase a Key Card, but it will give them access to the beach parking area and will enable them to enter OSV through any of the six gates. Without a Key Card, they will be limited to entering only through the main gate. Other things to note The house is across the street from a beautiful lake where you will enjoy some marvelous sunsets.
