Relax in this pretty village house in the historic center, just 2 minutes from the river. You have nearby, to spend a memorable vacation, restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakeries. STAIRS – not for people with reduced mobility River swimming Horse riding Canal du Midi Beaches 40 minutes The space On the ground floor you have a living room with equipped kitchen to prepare regional products from the local market. Room at the table for 6 people and a sofa area to relax or have an aperitif. ON THE FIRST FLOOR - one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. ON THE SECOND FLOOR - one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. (Or two single beds if desired) ON THE THIRD FLOOR - Bedroom or Living Room (your choice) and the Terrace. A real single bed 90 cm wide that can also be used as a sofa. If desired, we have a second single bed available with the possibility of converting the two beds into a large bed 180 cm wide. The large bay window in the bedroom overlooks the terrace. The terrace awaits you with magnificent views of the Minervois hills. Enjoy the sun and dine outdoors. Everything is provided to prepare a good barbecue, with an extendable table for 4\6 people and an electric barbecue. Rosemary and thyme grow freely in the scrub, perfect for flavoring your dishes.
