Located privately in an old growth forest, this artisan built reclaimed 1853 log cabin features hand hewn timbers, hard wood floors, all the modern conveniences, two TVs, plus an expansive outdoor living space. Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, twenty minutes to the city center and the Biltmore Estate, and a short walk to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Woodland House is a true one of a kind. The space Info And Fees: **Absolutely no parties or events allowed. No exceptions. **6 Guests maximum. No Exceptions. **3 night minimum required. These observed holidays and occasions are subject to holiday rates: New Years, MLK, Valentines, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Please read the following rules pertaining to our home. Check In Instructions-- 1. No parties or events allowed. This policy is non-negotiable and if not adhered to, you will be asked to leave immediately. 2. As good stewards of our natural surroundings and for your safety, we do not allow smoking or open flames inside the house, on the decks, or on the premises. 3. We do not allow pets. 4. Check in is 4:00 pm unless otherwise discussed. 5. Please do not move furniture around. Check Out Instructions-- 1. Check out is 10:00 am. 2. Place all towels in the bathtub. 3. Wash any used pots and pans. 4. Load and run the dishwasher. 5. Bag all trash and place it in the bin in front of the woodshop. 6. Clean grill and re-cover. 7. Shut and lock all windows and doors. 8. Ensure hot tub cover is shut and latched. Guest access 100% Access to entire home, hot tub and outdoor areas. Workout bench with weights. House accessed via coded lock box.
