Enjoy the city in our cozy apartment in a quiet location right in the countryside. By car, everything is within 10-15 minutes, such as the city center (City), trade fair, Lanxess Arena, Tanzbrunnen…etc. Even by bike, these destinations are very easy to reach and the route is just great! Because you drive along the Rhine River. With us, the urban can be combined very well with nature. You can book cars, bicycles & e-scooters directly via the Miles, Dott, Uber app and drive off. The space Our place is modernly furnished. For all guests, I always provide a large bottle of water as a welcome greeting. The kitchen is fully equipped (in addition with spices, tea bags, dishwasher tabs, dishwasher + accessories, garbage bags). The lamps in the living room and bedroom have a Bluetooth connection via which you can connect your cell phone to play your own music list. The bathroom has a radio but also has a Bluetooth connection for your own playlist. Beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Towels are provided. Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine (a small jar of washing powder) and dryer as well. All included. And if you need anything else, you can ask at any time. We live next door and are always there for you! Guest access The entire apartment of about 90 square meters on two levels is available to our guests. Other things to note This is a non-smoking apartment only! The parquet floor of our apartment is cleaned wet and with disinfectant every time. So you can walk barefoot with a clear conscience. Even in winter, this is possible, as both floors have underfloor heating. Our sofa bed has an additional topper on the mattress, so you can sleep very comfortably and cozy on it.
