Large swimming pool. 6 km to Territory wildlife park and Berry Springs nature reserve. Darwin CBD 45 mins drive. Two country taverns 9 km away . Pets possible. No dogs inside the unit (we have a fully fenced 3 acres).The unit is not multi booked. You get all 3 bdrms. Owners use a 4th room as an office. The space A self contained 3 bedroom unit with lounge and 2 bathrooms opens onto a shared outdoor living area and large swimming pool. Hosts live in a seperate unit that also opens onto the shared outdoor space. Set on a 20 acre block of bush land, the fully fenced 3.5 acre lifestyle block in which we live has fruit trees and vegetable gardens. Very quiet and laid back. Guest access Full access to whole property excluding the hosts residence. Host residence has a washing machine available by request. During your stay Available to answer questions through ABnB app. Usually on site. Other things to note Please note that as this is a rural property the swimming pool is NOT FENCED so minors will need to be supervised at all times. Unit does not have a kitchen. Unit has microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery, toaster, kettle. Webber BBQ available. Hosts kitchen can be used if needed. Hosts have a small friendly dog and a cat which are fine with other friendly animals. No dogs inside the unit please IE they sleep outside. Toy breeds that are clean may be allowed, please check.
