Welcome to my new apartment. Starting point for the Bernese Oberland - The lake is a 10-minute walk away - It's important to me that people can enjoy the apartment with care and respect. - Note, NO cooking is possible (no stove, no oven). Only a microwave, coffee maker and kettle - There may be 1-2 more guests in the apartment in another room. - ATTENTION - Longer stay possible - ASK me if you want to STAY LONGER The space Ideally accessible by public transport, 35-40 minutes to Interlaken and Bern - By bus number 1 you are in approx. 12 minutes at Thun train station or Spiez train station - The lake is a 10-minute walk away Starting point for the Bernese Oberland (Interlaken by bus and train in 50 minutes and Bern by bus/train in approx. 45 minutes. - about 30 minutes by car) Guest access Bathroom, living room, balcony, no cooking and baking possible in the kitchen. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker available During your stay I'm on the road a lot. However, I am very happy if I find time to have a drink with you and will be happy to help you if you have any questions regarding your excursions and your stay. Other things to note House Rules: Since it is a new apartment, care is important to me and there are a few house rules such as - Use slippers in the apartment (I can provide them for you). - Please dry the shower briefly after showering - Quiet hours 9:30 pm - 6:00 am in the apartment, quiet on the balcony because of neighbors - This is a non-smoking apartment
