Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish waterfront cottage. Located by Sandy Bay on Lake George, on Cleverdale Rd which is the east side of the lake. Amazing mountain and lake views. Enjoy patio seating off the living area. Access (shared) to open and covered boathouse for lounging, dining, or entertaining. Take a jump off the boathouse right into the lake! Hiking within minutes as well! The space Loft style bedroom in lakeside cottage with views of the mountains and lake. Guest access You will get to enjoy the entire cottage that sleeps max 4 people. Located at quiet dead end of our street. Access to dock and boathouse areas. Access to inner tubes/floats (see pictures), tube for towing/tubing, water skiis, wakeboard, canoe, kayaks, paddle board, life jackets for adults and kids. If you come with a dog (hypoallergenic only) without including on reservation, pet fee will be added to your reservation. If you come with a non approved pet then you will be charged additional cleaning fee + pet fee + inconvenience fee if necessary or host has right to cancel reservation. Other things to note We accept dogs, but must be hyper allergenic and friendly. We have 4 dogs next door that share the property. Thank you
