Enjoy patio seating off the living area. Access (shared) to open and covered boathouse for lounging, dining, or entertaining. Take a jump off the boathouse right into the lake! Hiking within minutes as well! Loft style bedroom in lakeside cottage with views of the mountains and lake. You will get to enjoy the entire cottage that sleeps max 4 people. Located at quiet dead end of our street. Lake access. Access to a boat slip (please ask/additional fee) if you are bringing a boat or want to rent one. Access to dock and boathouse areas. Access to inner tubes/floats (see pictures), tube for towing/tubing, water skiis, wakeboard, canoe, small kayak, paddle board, life jackets for adults and kids. If you come with a dog without including on reservation, pet fee will be added to your reservation. If you come with a non approved pet then you will be charged additional cleaning fee + pet fee + inconvenience fee if necessary or host has right to cancel reservation. Myself and family will be available as we stay in the house next door and share the outdoor boathouse and dock area. The neighborhood is filled with local residents and summer vacationers. It’s located on a dead end road. Local restaurant /bar and convenience store in walking distance. Must have a car. Either personal or rental. No public transportation nearby. Uber or Lyft available. There is a restaurant in walking distance. Short (10-15min) drive to Lake George Village. Further north you can reach Bolton Landing and further doubt you can reach Saratoga Springs. 1 hour from Albany airport. Several boat rentals available nearby.
