This private unit is located on the ground level of the main home, welcoming you in with a private French door entrance. You will have a designated parking spot on the driveway. This unit is perfect for individual traveling professionals looking for affordable, fully furnished monthly stays. The space The private bedroom provides access to your private bathroom. The bedroom comes with mirrored closet doors and rod to hang your clothes. The full sized bed is super comfy, dressed with fresh linens and a comforter. You have a lamp and a side table to store nighttime necessities. There is also a cozy nook perfect for reading a book or storing a few belongings. The bathroom has the option to be heated, so you will be nice and warm after your shower. The bath tub is a jetted jacuzzi. The storage rack provides you ample space for all your toiletries. The couch in the living room invites you to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of work with a smart tv and coffee table. The kitchenette provides you with all your basic necessities. It features a full sized refrigerator and freezer, portable electric burner, huge sink, kitchen cabinets for storage, toaster, a keurig, microwave, fan and air fryer. Basic utensils, dishware, cups, and cooking tools will be provided. There is a digital lock pad for easy entry and exit. You will not have interactions with the guests upstairs. Although this unit does not come with an in unit washer and dryer, there are several local laundry services that will pick up and deliver your laundry at a very reasonable rate. Feel free to ask us about them if you are interested. Other things to note Animals are accepted on a case by case basis. If accepted, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. Visitors are permitted, it is your home after all :) However, a maximum of two adults are permitted for overnight stays due to space and occupancy regulations. If a guest who is not listed is planning to stay overnight, prior approval is required. This place is not suitable for young children.
