As soon as you turn into the tree lined neighborhood, you will notice the colorful homes in a peaceful, safe, and family friendly environment. This private unit is located on the ground level of the main home, welcoming you in with a private French door entrance. You will have a designated parking spot on the driveway. This unit is perfect for individual traveling professionals looking for affordable, fully furnished monthly stays. The private bedroom provides access to your private bathroom. The bedroom comes with mirrored closet doors and rod to hang your clothes. The full sized bed is super comfy, dressed with fresh linens and a comforter. You have a lamp and a side table to store nighttime necessities. There is also a cozy nook perfect for reading a book or storing a few belongings. The bathroom has the option to be heated, so you will be nice and warm after your shower. The bath tub is a jetted jacuzzi. The storage rack provides you ample space for all your toiletries. The couch in the living room invites you to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of work with a smart tv and coffee table. The kitchenette provides you with all your basic necessities. It features a portable electric burner, huge sink, cabinets for storage, a medium fridge, toaster, a keurig, microwave, fan and air fryer. Basic utensils, dishware, cups, and cooking tools will be provided. There is a digital lock pad for easy entry and exit. You will not have interactions with the guests upstairs. We provide laundry washing service for an additional weekly fee if you desire to opt in. If you run into any issues, you will have direct access to my phone number. For any non emergencies, it takes on average 1-5 business days to address these issues. We value communication and transparency so always feel welcome to reach out! You will wake up to birds chirping, sun shining, and a peaceful experience with suburban nature living. You will have access to private driveway parking dedicated to you! There is also plentiful free street neighborhood parking for guests. You are walking distance from a convenience store, a park, gas station, city hall and a grocery store. You will have direct and easy access to I-95 and 198. Animals are accepted on a case by case basis. If accepted, a minimum refundable deposit of $500 is required. Visitors are permitted, it is your home after all :) However, a maximum of two adults are permitted for overnight stays due to space and occupancy regulations. If a guest who is not listed is planning to stay overnight, prior approval is required. This place is not suitable for young children.
