Very nice, completely new attic studio, very well located 5 minutes from the cathedral, Place du Breuil and the city center. Located a 10-minute walk from the intermodal hub. Studio in small residence, on the 4th floor without elevator access. Fully equipped (induction cooktop, Senseo, oven, fridge, microwave) Possibility for 3 beds (1 sofa bed and 1 bench), folding crib on request. Cooling fan available. Price for 2 people, extra charge for the third person. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee. We simply ask guests to vacuum before checkout.
