Welcome to our 150 m2 house 🏡 It is located by the Mayenne River, so you can enjoy the calm and peacefulness of the place. A green setting along the Halage, on the VéloFrançette route 🚲 The house is located in the municipality of Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne, 10 km from Laval (53). 🏎️ Just 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and 5 minutes from the entrance to the A81 motorway. The space The house is composed of: On the ground floor - Large living room: lounge, living room and dining room with video projector and fireplace. Please note, ⚠️ no TV but a projector. - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, range hood, kettle, blender, coffee makers: filter and Dolce Gusto, toaster, microwave, Cookeo) - Laundry area with washer and dryer (dryer/clothes rack available) Upstairs - Bedroom 2 with queen size double bed, tables, bedside lamps and storage - Bedroom 1 with king size double bed and small adjoining balcony with stunning views of the river and greenery! - Bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks. Hairdryer available - Toilet area Half floor - An office with a 2 person sofa bed and TV Outside: - Large 700 m2 garden with terrace, relaxation area, sheltered summer kitchen, barbecue, fire pit - Parking for 2–3 cars - Direct access to the Halage path and the Mayenne River ⚠️ Bed and bath linens are extra ⚠️ - €30 for the preparation of the 3 double beds (€10 per bed) - €20 for bath linens (for 6 people) ‼ ️ Please specify when booking! Access to basic necessities and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, household products, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) ❕We have 3 chickens in the back of the garden on a fenced plot, they are autonomous, no need to take care of them! You can enjoy fresh eggs during your stay Guest access The house is located on the towpath. Upon arrival, you will cross the garden. The front door is on the ground floor. The house has a first floor with bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
