The Living Room offers an over size sectional that can sleep 2-4, sheets, blankets & pillows in hall closet, guests can use games under the coffee table, aTV that we pay for Dish and Netflix, If you want to order a Movie on dish, Please message me that your ordering and I need the money left in the pay can on the buffet table. Guests have they’re own separate Full size bathroom, step in Shower with handi-cap bar to assist. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser with face pads, hairspray, hair gel, deodorant, Q-Tips, cotton balls, toothpaste, dental picks, body spray, lotion, sun screen, Aloe Vera, some female napkins for initial use only. The home is newly remodeled with lots of upgraded appliances makes this home more enjoyable, fully furnished home, we have done most of the remodel ourselves with the help of many family members that have assisted us to get the house ready to open our Airbnb, we have added ship lap on many of the walls with an Ocean Country side decor to match. We offer a huge (front/side yard) that offers BBQ, benches a fire pit, (with small amount of wood to get you started) you can buy wood $5 a bundle at 7-11, tables, chairs and lounging chairs with blankets to wrap up and to help warm up after a long day filled with adventures **Please No Glass outside- Thank you in advance ”* We do supply 6 plastic Solo cups provided in kitchen on counter, you can use a permanent marker to ensure everyone knows who’s is whose, if you run out, please go purchase more if your wanting to drink beverages outside, also the refrigerator provides ICE, and I have bags of ice in the freezer for guests use. Please-“No leaving children left Un-Attended at All Times.” We don’t want any incidents on the property, and if you break something or your child has please let me know ASAP, so we have time to arrange for a repairman, will have time to fix or replace it, in between guests, that’s common curtesy and please notify me so that it is cleaned up properly (especially glass) If you believe things might get broken by your children by all means you can move them, or ask me to move them. Take in all the peaceful surroundings, many seating areas provided, Newly added fire pit and sitting area, I have decorated with many varieties of Succulents and geraniums you will find several varieties planted along the property for your added enjoyment. The aroma of Jasmin will fill your senses and give you a peaceful tranquil feeling. The entire home is throughly cleaned after every guest, with all bedding, towels, blankets sanitized with honest products to assist with people with allergies. Having said that we do have our resident cat 13 year old Calico cat “Shop Girl”, and 11 yr old Yorkie-Pooh “Roxy” she Loves belly rubs, she loves people of all ages very friendly to everyone, the cat will likely hide out on her perch in the garage, she doesn’t like loud noises, or screaming she is a grandma cat so please don’t chase her, gives her anxiety. Roxy she is always exited to see a new face, if you don’t like animals or dogs, please let me know, so that I can keep them away from you, they both naturally think all people are fur baby people, our dog roxy likes all ages of people and naturally thinks you like her as well. If you do have any allergies we’re probably not a good fit for you, although we’ve had people stay with allergies and we’re fine. The animals stay with us, roxy will more than likely want to come say hello. We do reside on the premises so if there’s anything you may need during your stay were close to assist or show you how the TV works or any questions or offer suggestions for places to eat, If this is a problem for you, don’t book with us, I take my job seriously and we live here, I want to feel comfortable offering use of our home, we go way out of our way to offer added amenities, ie our warm inviting home, use of 6 different wave boards, beach chairs, sand castle building supplies, pails, ice chest, umbrella, beach towels, If anyone needs help starting a fire in the fire pit, please let us know in advance, we can have Mark or Marsello the Manager next door assist with that. No glass outside, (Please and Thank you) we have fur babies and we run around with no shoes on at times, and please notify me when something breaks or a tripper trips, so I might have it fixed right away, we have constant turn over, we need to be notified ASAP. We have full size brand new LG Refrigerator side by side ice/water maker with freezer stocked with extra ice if needed to take to the beach, Gas Stove, Microwave and dishwasher with detergent pods. Upon Leaving wash and place dirty dishes in dish washer and start. Also place all wet towels in Blue Basket Marked. Please return any towels if used at beach. Leave beds un maid, will be washing them all, if you haven’t slept in certain beds if you can leave them made. Newly forced air furnace. Newly updated bathroom with easy step in shower with easy grip handle, with 2 shower nozzles 1 movable to get the sand out between your toes. Bathroom provides basic amenities and few other possible forgotten items for your use-during your stay *(shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, blow dryer, first aid kit, Towels, linens, extra blankets and sheets, extra pillows in each bedroom. Pillows and blankets in hall way closet for use on the couch. We really enjoy having people around, I obviously Love Gardening, being outside, Mark Loves cooking/eating 😊, we enjoy having people around of all ages and backgrounds, we like doing our part in keeping America clean, we enjoy ♻️. We are so close to the beach you can hear the waves in the evening and early mornings when it is quiet. We are located at the end of a residential cultasak at the end of the Lane, area away from the busy streets but easy to find. “2-car Guest Parking, easily pull into neighbors yard and back up into our property is the easiest”. New double pane vinyl windows helps moderate the heating and cooling and keeps the noise to a minimum. Alarm clocks in every bedroom. Ceiling Fans throughout. There is a large amount of lawn all around the property you will find many tables and chairs, benches and Full Length Lounging Chairs, feel free to use. There is a BBQ available for your use, please remember to “turn off the gas” Guests have full acces to use of our fire pit, please Use with Caution, have and use a Pail of water to extinguish fire once your done, you will have to buy the wood bundle $5 at 7-11 right around the corner from our home. We’ll introduce ourselves, show you around and let you have your space we can be available if you need us, most of the time, although we have a lot of family and do go on trips. We do have Neighbors that manage our property in our absence, that can be there within 5 minutes and are on-call 24/7. A short walk up the Street is an elementary school, side walks for skating for evening or weekend play. We have parking for 2-3 vehicles in the front drive way, more can park on the Main Street.
