Our dog-friendly location will place you in the heart of the most desirable area in the city, in a newly renovated, modern, and clean condominium. The space The unit is a 2/1 condo arrangement, with a newly-renovated full bathroom connected to the master bedroom and to the rest of the unit. The second bedroom is open to the living area of the condo, in a studio arrangement, and has a fold-flat futon with linens and available air mattress. The kitchen, eating area, living room, and dedicated workspace all welcome you as you enter the unit. 13 foot ceilings make this 1000 square foot unit feel very spacious, and massive windows provide ample natural light to brighten your mood. We provide clean sheets, towels, and travel sized toiletries for our guests. The brand new LG Washtower Steam Washer and Dryer are available for guest use. Extra blankets and sheets are available as well. Guest access You'll have the entire condo for you and your group, with your own key and key fob for entry. The property has key fob controlled external security doors for an added layer of security; you will enter the unit from a secured, lighted, temperature controlled indoor hallway. Other things to note Dog-friendly: As the owners of a Golden Retriever that we take everywhere, we know just how difficult travel can be with your furry friends. We allow two (2) dogs, without size or weight restrictions and without pet fees, as we believe dogs are family. The unit has a dog bed and many, many dog toys that are available for spirited play. The parking lot has grassy areas for business, and there is a poop-bag dispenser near the dumpster. However, we do NOT allow pets to be left unattended in the unit at any time; this is out of consideration for our neighbors and for our belongings. Please only bring your dogs if you intend to take them with you out in town. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside the unit and on the property. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks that allow our four-legged family members. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.
