This charming guest suite in an arts and crafts bungalow has a private entrance with 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom and a wonderful, private backyard patio with a hot tub. There's a large TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO, as well as a minifridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. This location is easy walking distance to Downtown and South Slope restaurants and breweries. Park anywhere on the street, walk to your brewery of choice, and relax in the hot tub under the stars! Other things to note Please be aware that the bedroom and bathroom are not super large spaces and that the suite is connected to the rest of the house. There are no common spaces but it's entirely possible you'll hear muffled sounds (and vice versa); I do have white noise machines all over the house, which helps.
