This little studio is centrally located downtown Prescott. With less than 300 sq. ft. of space, it's the perfect getaway. The courthouse is .07 mile walk from the studio. King bed, walk-in shower, refrigerator with freezer, coffee/tea/hot coco to enjoy. Walk to trails/hiking/parks, restaurants, museums, colleges, stores in the area. We reside on the other side of the studio/house. It is separated by a door and wall. Noise can be heard. We try and keep it quiet. We have two dogs and a 7-year old The space New paved streets and new sidewalks have been installed. Flowers and trees on the property with a gas bbq and seating area of 6 to enjoy under any circumstances with an umbrella and sparking string lights at night. The studio has a king bed, portable closet, kitchenette, (small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee/dry creamer/sugar/honey, hot coca, tea) walk in shower, private commode area (small room) and a large ceiling fan that produces enough wind to cool the entire space without a central air conditioner (window a/c only). The space is joined to the main house. Street traffic may be heard on some occasions. This is a no smoking unit and no pets. Violations are a minimum of $250. Guest access Guest have the entire studio and portion of the yard. The yard is fenced by a white picket fence for guest to use. Other things to note This is a no smoking/no vapes unit. Smoking is allowed outside only (ash tray is provided). This includes marijuana. No pets are permitted inside the studio. Any violations is subject to a minimum of $250 fine. The kitchen is a kitchenette only. No oven is in the unit. Ear plugs are provided. Located in the nightstand.
