Cottage at the Springs

Cottage at the Springs is a quaint bungalow built in 1927 five minutes from XNA. It's completely remodeled and decorated in an eclectic style with ship lap throughout. The cottage has two bedrooms and a full bath with an artisan crafted shower. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and brand new full sized appliances. Our sunroom, situated on a large corner lawn, overlooks a small traditional "red" barn with covered patio and fire pit ,perfect for entertaining and enjoying an Ozark evening. The space The Cottage has an adorable barn in the back yard with a shiplap space for entertaining as well as an outdoor fire pit with built in seating. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and barn. Other things to note The cottage is smack dad in the middle of the "best of the best" in northwest Arkansas. You are minutes away from Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Art Museum, AMP concert venue, XNA airport, and University of Arkansas. Top notch restaurants and entertainment spots are virtually five minutes from the cottage.
