Welcome to our home in Nointel! Stay in a characterful house, a fully renovated former castle stable. Combining the authenticity of old stonework with modern comforts, this unique place offers you a peaceful and timeless setting. The perfect retreat for a rustic getaway or a stay in the countryside on the outskirts of the capital. Enjoy a unique view of the garden and the castle grounds. A mezzanine with a desk area completes this space. On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need for cooking (oven, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Living room: A relaxing space with a view of the garden. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm / 55 x 79 in) provides a second sleeping space. Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video (no DTT channels). 🌿 The Exteriors: Enjoy a shared, tree-lined garden, perfect for a sunset aperitif, with a table and lounge chairs available. Services & practical info: Included: Bed linens and bathroom linens (2 towels per person). Connectivity: Wi-Fi available, ideal for teleworking. Parking: Free, easy, and available right in front of the house. A car is recommended (shops 5 minutes away by car). ⚠️ Important Things to note: Cleaning: No cleaning fees included; the house should be returned clean and tidy (cleaning kit provided). Pets: Not allowed. Heating: The pellet stove is not usable from May to mid-October. Meals: No breakfast provided. The perfect place to completely switch off, 40 minutes from Paris. Guest access 📍 Location & Access Located 30 km from Paris, our house offers a peaceful setting between the city and nature. By train: Nointel-Mours train station (Line H) is a 10-minute walk away. It serves Paris-Gare du Nord in just 40 minutes. By plane: Roissy-CDG and Beauvais airports are 30 minutes away by car. By car: A car is recommended to explore the local area. There's plenty of free parking right in front of the house. 🛒 Shops & Amenities The village of Nointel is a peaceful haven with no direct shops. The nearest amenities are in Beaumont-sur-Oise (5-min drive / 30-min walk): supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. 🌲 Leisure & Tourism The house is ideally located for heritage and outdoor enthusiasts: On-site: Discover the Nointel estate, with its castle, historic stables, and magnificent medieval church. Nature: The Forest of Carnelle is just a 5-minute walk away for walks or jogs. What's nearby: L’Isle-Adam (10 min): Known as “the park town,” with its banks of the Oise River and its beach. Auvers-sur-Oise (20 min): Van Gogh's famous village. Activities: Golf, horseback riding, tree climbing, and hiking are just a few minutes away.
