In the heart of a historic estate surrounded by old stones, a castle and an old church, enjoy a peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. Perfect for a bucolic getaway or nature stay on the outskirts of Paris. The space Escape for a romantic weekend or a family stay in this cozy house of about 90 m², easily accessible by train from Paris. 🏡 Your private space You will have the entire floor with a spacious master suite (160 cm double bed), shower room and adjoining toilet, as well as a comfortable living room on the ground floor with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm bed) and armchairs – perfect for children or a relaxing moment. Fully-equipped private🍽️ kitchen Prepare your meals or breakfasts just like at home: a gas stove, oven, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle and utensils are at your disposal. Peaceful 🌳 exteriors with a view A private table is available to enjoy the quiet and green outdoors (spaces shared with other occupants). Perfect for a sunset aperitif! 💻 Remote work possible 🚗 Access & parking A car is recommended. The first shops are a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Outdoor parking is free and easy. 🛏️ Linen provided Sheets, towels (2 per person) and a dish towel are included for your convenience. 🧼 What happens next The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy (cleaning kit available in the adjoining laundry room). Guest access Nointel is 30 km from Paris/40 min by train Easily accessible by transport: Nointel-Mours train station is 10 minutes walk, line H will take you to Paris Nord in 40 minutes. Near CDG or Beauvais airports (30mn drive) The first accessible shops are in Beaumont sur Oise (30 minutes walk; 5 minutes by car). No shops in the village of Nointel. Perfect to start a tour or walk: • The house is in the Nointel estate, with its castle, outbuildings, stables and superb medieval church. • Carnelle Forest ( 5 min walk) • L’Isle Adam ( 10 minutes drive) • Auvers sur Oise ( 20 min drive) Golf/Horseback riding/Acrobranche and many other activities nearby.
