Please look at pictures for exact details. 28+ days require lease. DOGS STAY FREE The space The cabin in the woods is on a 2 acre forested lot far away from neighbors. The lot has awe inspiring views of the Continental Divide. Down town Breck is only 5 min by car, or a 15 min walk. We are a few hundred yards from the Blue River. The area offers some of Colorado's most well known hiking, off roading, mountain biking trails. Quandry trailhead is a few miles away. Vail is a 30-40 min. drive. Leadville 1 hour, Aspen 2.5 hours. Access to fishing, gold panning; historic train rides, ghost towns, sailing, outlet shopping. Breck has over 100 restaurants, and a vibrant bar scene. Explore the farmer's markets in Breckenridge, Vail & Dillon. Amazing, natural hot springs in Buena Vista. Check out the concert schedule at the Riverwalk Center in Breck, at Dillon Amphitheater and at Vail Ford Amphitheater. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. No smoking / vaping indoors, outside ok. 420 friendly. Shared hot tub. Up to 2 pets stay free. Guest access Guests have their own private room & outdoor space. In summer, there will be a grill/ griddle, outdoor seating, and eating area along with cooking space. HOT TUB RULES - Shower before use, if the water turns dirty due to unsanitary use, our management company charges $180 to refill water, chemicals and replace the filter - Children need to be supervised while using hot tub. No jumping, splashing. - Do NOT adjust temperature controls, it could freeze the hot tub - If you use jets, press #1 button, and turn off after use - Remove snow from hot tub cover with the plastic shovel, the swing arm is not strong enough to lift snow loads. Replacing a swing arm is approx.. $600. Do not break the mechanism. Guests will be held responsible for damage to the swing arm. - Close lid after use, and snap the buckles. A hot tub cover is $500-600 to replace, if the covers gets destroyed the guest will be held responsible. - On windy days, open hot tub only partially as the wind can push over the lid. - Steps are icy and the deck is icy too. Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk. - The hot tub is shared. Registration Details STR21-01658
