Welcome to Duneside Retreat! Relax with the whole family (including your dog!) at this peaceful getaway on Navarre Beach. Public beach access to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico is 100 yards away. Take a stroll through the dunes and preserved beach to the Sound side water. Calm waters and secluded beaches await, perfect for younger children. Restaurants, shops and activities are a short bike ride or drive away. The space The house has two seperate living areas, an upstairs and downstairs apartment. Combined, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Upstairs: An open concept living and kitchen area provide ample space for your whole group. The living room is furnished with 2 leather couches, a recliner and an arm chair. Complete with a smart TV and fast WIFI which reaches the whole house. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal of any size. Cookware, dinnerware and silverware are provided. There is a Keurig as well as a 12 cup coffee maker for your use. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, basic cable TV and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and basic cable TV. Each bedroom has views of the Gulf with the master bedroom and bedroom 3 letting on to the oversized wrap around deck which has amazing views of the Gulf. The deck is also accessible from the living room and is an outdoor living space. Its gracious size lends itself to plenty of seating for the whole family for outdoor living. A table for 6, gliders and rocking chairs make this the perfect place for outdoor entertainment. The downstairs patio has 2 large picnic tables and a propane grill. Feel the sea breeze while swinging in the hammock or have a drink at the patio bar. The large backyard is perfect for the kids and kids at heart. Unwind after a long day at the beach on the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the backyard. A cold water outdoor shower and foot rinse are located near the garage door. Rainy day? Too much sun? Take the fun inside with a multiplayer arcade game, foosball table, a selection of board games, books and puzzles to keep you entertained. Downstairs: The downstairs apartment, which we call our Barefoot Bungalow, is cozy and secluded with a separate outdoor entrance only (there is no access in the apartment to the upstairs). Complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom, living area with smart TV, "game room" and one bedroom, this quaint space has everything you need. The bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one full bed. *This is an economical space with painted cement floors and painted plywood walls. * *It is not connected to central HVAC. It has a window A/C unit, dehumidifier & space heaters for temperature control.* Guest access You will have access to the entire property. The garage and hallway closet will remain locked for owners use only. Other things to note The beach land between our house and the Sound is preserved land. You are allowed to walk through it but please keep off the dunes. While the house is dog-friendly, the beaches in Navarre Beach are not. We allow 2 dogs max with prior approval. (250$ pet fee) Must be fully house trained. If cleaners have to pick up/ clean up poop there will be additional $100 charge. Travel Insurance is recommended.
