Guest access There is no parking inside the building Other things to note **House Rules:** 1. **Respect the Property:** Treat our home as you would your own. Please refrain from causing any damage to the property or its contents. 2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke outside in designated areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. **Quiet Hours:** Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. 4. **No Parties or Events:** Our apartment is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Please refrain from inviting additional guests without prior approval. 5. **Water Conservation:** Due to the ongoing water shortage in Mexico City, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving water during your stay. Please use water sparingly, use washing machine as less as possible and report any leaks or dripping faucets immediately. In the event that we run out of water, we may need to arrange for a private water service to replenish our supply in the building. Your understanding and assistance in this matter are greatly appreciated. 6. **Energy Conservation:** Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use, and by closing windows and doors when using heating or cooling systems. 7. **Pets:** Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our apartment. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends. 8. **Check-out Procedures:** Before departing, please ensure all lights and appliances are turned off, windows and doors are closed and locked, and all trash is properly disposed of in the designated bins. 9. **Communication:** If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
