This 1895 Victorian greystone is located just 1.3 miles from the United Center and 3 miles from Downtown Chicago. And, it's the perfect place to stay whether you're in town for a Bulls game, a medical conference, or just want to explore the city. The space This spacious 3,000 sq ft home boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms – enough space to fit your entire entourage. The high ceilings (12 feet, baby!) and vintage decor will make you feel like royalty. And if you're worried about running out of hot water in the shower, don't be! We've got a new tankless hot water heater that'll keep the hot water flowing for you and your squad. Plus, with two fully-equipped kitchens, three living areas, and three dining areas, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and do your thing. We know that being connected is important, so we've got state-of-the-art internet (1.2 gig download and 50 mbps upload) and Orbi extenders to make sure your Insta-gram posts load quickly. The backyard is where it's at, though! Chill out on the spectacular back deck and gazebo – the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and plan your day. We've got hotel-quality linens and towels to keep you comfortable during your stay. Plus, we've got complementary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner – you won't need to bring your own. And if you're feeling like a diva, we've got two high-end washers and dryers so you can always look fresh. Finally, we've got plenty of free on-street parking on the block. And, if you don't feel like driving, two train stations (Green & Blue) are just a 10-minute walk away. We're also close to hip bars and restaurants in West Town & Tri-Taylor. CHECK-IN SUPPORT ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 10PM Our check-in support hours are from 4pm to 10pm. If you think you'll be arriving after 10pm, please let us know so we can make sure to stay up and be available to help with any check-in problems you may encounter. We want to make sure your check-in goes smoothly, so we recommend checking out the "Check-In Instructions" section of our Airbnb listing before you arrive. We've found that most check-in issues are due to small errors, such as entering the code in the lockbox instead of the smart lock or not waiting long enough for the smart lock to reset. So double-check those instructions and you should be good to go! Of course, if you do run into any problems during check-in, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll do our best to help you out. Just keep in mind that if you check-in after 10pm and run into issues, we may not be able to help you until the next morning. So, make sure to arrive on time to avoid any unnecessary stress. SUPPLIES We want to make sure you have everything you need to kick off your stay on the right foot. That's why we've prepared a pack of starter supplies for you to use during your first day - no need to rush to the store right away! Just a friendly reminder though, if you need additional supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, or laundry detergent during your stay, you'll need to pick those up yourself. Don't worry, we won't charge you for the starter supplies, and we're sure you'll have a blast exploring the local stores! We won't be able to deliver supplies, but if you need any recommendations on where to find them, feel free to ask us. DISCLAIMER: This property is professionally treated for pests, but as with any home, occasional bugs or rodents may be present. By booking, you acknowledge this and agree that no refunds will be issued for pest sightings. LONGER STAYS For reservations that last more than 7 days, we'll need to check the property every week to ensure everything is in tip-top shape. This is just a routine inspection and we'll work with you to schedule a convenient time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the property during your extended stay. TV APPS Our Roku TVs are a great way to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and more during your stay. Please note that we don't have subscriptions to these apps or cable TV, but you can easily access them with your own account credentials. Just remember to log out of your accounts before checking out so that your account information remains secure. EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECK-OUTS We totally get it, sometimes you just want to start your vacation early or take a little extra time to relax before heading out. We're happy to help make that happen, as long as it doesn't interfere with our cleaning schedule or any other guests' plans. Keep in mind that we won't be able to confirm your early check-in or late check-out until the day before your arrival or departure, and we do charge an hourly fee for this service, which must be paid in advance. So, shoot us a message the day before and we'll see what we can do! Thanks for understanding. NO PARTIES!/NO VISITORS We just wanted to give you a quick heads up that our property is not a party or event house. We've even hired a security firm to help us keep the peace and ensure everyone's safety while they're here. Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood, so we do have to be extra careful about noise and other disturbances. If you do happen to violate our house rules and have an unauthorized party or gathering, we'll have to cancel your reservation and unfortunately, you won't be receiving any refunds. Also, just a reminder that only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors aren't permitted, and while we rarely exercise this right, we do reserve the right to enter the property if necessary. We even have 24/7 overseas monitoring of security cameras to help us keep everything in check. We hope you understand that our rules are in place to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay. NO SMOKING We kindly request that all guests refrain from smoking indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other substance with an odor. We understand that smoking is a personal choice, but we want to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests. Smoking is allowed outside of the home, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free. Please note that there is a $500 fee for treating smoke smells inside the home. If you need assistance finding a smoking-friendly unit, please feel free to search for listings that permit smoking or reach out to us for recommendations. NO PETS We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any pets as this is a pet-free environment. We understand that pets are part of the family, but due to the comfort of all our guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. DAMAGES We take great pride in providing a beautiful and well-maintained home for our guests. In order to continue to offer this level of quality, we kindly ask that you treat the property with care and respect during your stay. OUTDOOR AREA We want to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and enjoy our outdoor area. Please note that our outdoor furniture is available for use from May 1 to Oct 31. In late fall, we professionally tarp our furniture to protect it from winter weather. Please refrain from removing the tarps from the furniture as this incurs additional charges to have it re-tarped. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the outdoor area for all guests to enjoy. We want you to enjoy your stay and feel at home, but please understand that any violation of our policies may result in additional charges. Inspiration Kitchens 3504 W Lake St Chicago is open for lunch daily from 11am to 3pm and is a 5-6 min drive. www. (The house is on the 2700 block west so this district is literally a 8 minute drive from where you are considering staying.) Soho House on 115 Green Street is a 10 min drive.
